Continued levels of high state unemployment, low retail sales, and reduced state revenue have caused Idaho’s school districts to stuffer unprecedented budget cuts.  Idaho Department of Education officials have alerted districts to expect cuts from 6%-20% for the 2010-2011 school year.  After the 2009-2010 budget cut of $1.6  million, it’s important to let your local representatives know what’s important to you.
